It wasn’t that odd for Toji Hisami ( or Twelve as he was called back in the institution ) to be seen walking around Tokyo. He was very carefree and liked to often joke and pull little stunts - like the time he jumped the wall into the school swimming pool just because he was too hot. All the girls laughed and he just came up beaming.
He was still wearing his school uniform - with the tiny crest of the school symbolized on the right side. Pushing his hands in his pockets he smiled as people walked around him. They were all so oblivious to what he really was - he and Nine. They’s take back their freedom, one small act at a time.
He knew Nine was already working on the next project so he should be left to his own devices. And that meant Twelve could do as he pleased. Lisa was presumably at her mom’s home, once again trying all she could to appease a hysterical figure in her life. Poor girl. He felt bad for her.
