Fan girls are all weird it generally grosses me out that you put down wags and secretly all want to date these guys. They don’t even know who you are stop being dulu and attacking WAGs. Also Maya is very pretty I don’t think she’s with mat anymore but stop attacking her regardless. If she is or isn’t she has a better chance then all of you because at least he knows she exists or dosent think of her as a crazy stalker. Plus I’ve seen most of the Barzal fan girls content and you’re all laughable you have zero chance. Okay, let’s break it down.First, about Maya (since you brought her up): I’ve seen way more ridiculous, childish, and obsessive behavior from her than from any fan. And when I say fans, I mean people of all ages there are teenagers, grown adults, girls who make edits, memes, etc. Crushing on a famous guy is something that’s been normal since forever. What’s the actual crime here? None of them are pretending to be in a relationship that doesn’t exist.What I find way more problematic is an ex continuing to post content that clearly gives the impression they’re still together, when everyone knows they’re not. Constantly lurking on blogs, stalking comments, and sending her friends to defend her… that’s the kind of behavior that shows who actually needs to “get a grip.” It’s not the fans. It’s certain Wags.And this whole “at least he knows she exists” thing? What does that even matter? He knows she exists, but the second he cheats, ignores her, or moves on to someone else, he forgets all about her. A lot of wags live that exact reality and still play dumb. Then the moment fans point out the truth, it becomes “you’re all crazy and jealous.”The ones who really need a reality check are the girls who can’t drop the “player’s girlfriend” persona even after the relationship is clearly over.

My god why can’t Maya just go the f away. I see she’s liking some of the girls stuff again and made her IG private again. My god she’s an annoying chick. It will be interesting to find out if Maya joins him at worlds or not. It’s been 2 years since there last post and that seems to be the timeline with them. So we shall see it they’re really still together or not soon. Guys mat Barzal is literally home. He has a place near my parent in Van and I was visiting and seen him the other day he’s not travelling with Maya can’t speck if their dating but I can say confidently they aren’t together right now he’s in Van

I think it’s funny that every time he’s on vacation, the theories immediately start that he and Maya are together lol.

Anon who worked with Maya: I don’t know Mat at all, but from what I heard while I worked with her and from how she is, I don’t think they’ll last. She’s a very cosmopolitan, upper middle‑class girl who moves in artistic circles; he doesn’t seem like that at all, and I think that’s why they clash, because they have nothing in common that really ties them together. He’s very focused on hockey and she likes traveling and going out with her friends. If you work long hours on a project, they compensate you with time off, so she can travel at different times of the year; he can’t, and I think she holds it against him that they can only travel in summer. He prefers more playful, fun destinations and she likes a mix of fun and culture and, in my opinion, they just don’t know how to find any real middle ground between them.Her mom likes Mat, mostly because of his looks, and she lets herself be influenced a lot by her mother’s opinions, because she knows she’s where she is thanks to all of her mom’s connections. In her defense, I’ll say she’s not bad at her job, but she works with people who deserve her position more and just have fewer contacts, and I could really see that while we were working together
