I'm not too big a fan of romance so I went neutral/platonic like I usually do.

M.O.E is certainly clingy, and it plays out the same with the fact that he will definitely try to always be near you when you're in the Batcave, asking you to watch him do mechanical work or tricks to try and impress you as much as he can.

He's certainly going to create little things for you out of spare parts he found, making little tiny animals that resemble your favorites, and tiny little jewelry that doesn't fit but he tries!

Batman obviously knows of this little obsession, but I don't think he knows it's an obsession, He thinks it's more of a "I don't have many friends (BC being the only other one he knows of), and I don't want to lose my friend so I'm going to love-bomb them." And then sort of shrugs it off.

M.O.E will try to be a little manipulative, but it's not in his nature to be like that so more often then not it fails. He doesn't like it that the Legion of Zoom can just... pick you up whenever in Gotham and he can't really do much against that, so he does try to make gadgets that would allow him to go on patrols so he can try and stop that, but Bam can curb his fears a little with the knowledge that you're okay.

But trust that M.O.E will never clear you to become a Bat (or bird), he just cares to much to run the risk of losing you in a patrol.

Is anyone out there doing anything at all for talking about this little fella for this fandom to be able to be growing with doing every single thing of everything that is all of the stuff that we do for a character from whatever we watch for movies, and tv, because if not why is there no one doing it yet at all, but of the other characters from there doing for edits, fanfiction, fanart, etc.? :
