Okay so I don't really use recipes but I made a banging noodle soup that I need to share with y'all but since this isn't a recipe just an outline I'll just do an outline based on my 1 litre one but you can mess around with amounts just really good so yk
First you oil the pan and add some salt and pepper then you chop up carrots and potatoes. Then you put the carrots to cook in the oil while you add the rest of the stuff.
First potatoes then the ingredients for flavouring the broth I used vegetable stock granules and some chilli oil w/ flakes I don't know it's actual name but it's very strong and half a tablespoon can spice up a whole pan (however adjust for how spicy you want it I wanted mine just barely so yk) the fact it's oil is important not to the cooking but the taste.
Then you add the water, the carrots should be fine because of the oil as long as you don't take too long, then taste the broth at this point mine wasn't very flavoured except spicy and even that was lukewarm so I added a globble glap of light soy sauce.
Then you leave it to not boil for a few minutes while you cut up some tofu and get out the noodles of your choice id recommend ones that become slippery (I used rice for reference of texture or recommendation) however you can do whatever just make sure you accommodate it in the cooking time. Then just before the water starts boiling put the tofu and noodles in the pan and place on the lid.
Let boil until cooked the most important thing is the potatoes because they're ew if undercooked and the noodles because they go mushy. But it's not really a precise time just a to your liking one.
Banging I tell you. Also this might already be a dish idk as I said I don't really do recipes I just thought it tasted so good I couldn't not share it.
Oh! It also had this weird truffle balsamic?? Thing like a teaspoon to a tablespoons amount in it that I took because my mum bought it and why not. (I checked balsamic truffle with glaze I think she bought it as a treat for herself or cause of a recipe idc I didn't take much so)
But yeah it slapped and was warm and filling and although it's less something I'd make since it's getting warmer but I know that other people live in other sides of the world where it's getting chilly and there's a chance they'll see this or just if you want to save it for winter idk I'm not your boss and it's not very concise mostly bc I didn't think much while making it but yeah hope someone else will try it and enjoy it or even not enjoy it and just comment on how it was for them toodles.
