The M3-LS Linear Smart Stage is a high-precision micro stage with direct drive and an integrated controller. It is made to integrate quickly and easily into small OEM systems. There is no need for an additional board because the driving electronics for this "smart stage" are built right into the small stage shell. It provides unequalled accuracy, stability, and usability. The DK-M3-LS-3.4-15 module is offered in two separate developer kits, each with a different travel range.
