hi everyone... I am a big metallica fan and I can't wait to see them on June 3rd (I hope to make new friends too). So, I thought I could do a little statistic (if it's the right term to use) of the probability of songs that will be played by looking at the past four concerts they did in Europe (this month).

So, they always play 15 songs and the intros are "it's a long way to the top" by AC/DC and "the ecstasy of gold" by Ennio Morricone (I swear I cry every time I hear this song even when I watch the good, the bad and the ugly (I love that trilogy)).

Last night Rehearsals

Lets start the remembrance celebrations.

Pantera masterpost 🤘

(I didn't take many pictures because I prefer being in the moment but my friend said this shot I have of Zakk is cool so here you go!)

We were right next to Zakk's gear so he got ready next to us, heard a guy continuously yelling for him, and looked up and stuck a finger up like ☝️ Just A Second

He took a bunch of people's phones and took crowd selfies with us! Not with my phone but I'm in some of the pictures - video from Instagram!

The note above the setlist in Zakk's gear case said "Take a picture & die! Have fun!"

Zakk's tech guy placed a pick directly in my palm as like five guys were trying to squish my entrails out of me for it. He's a real one 🫶

We saw so much of Zakk working his magic, it was awesome, what a cool guy

Phil did his whole bit with some people still not knowing who Pantera is, but this song... Might help... Right up to Walk, being the most recognisable one, obviously, it was fun

Phil walked by me as I was making a stank face to the riff and briefly pointed at me and nodded back with his own stank face

"Zachariah, play the fucking riff!"

You have not lived until you yelled Pantera lyrics at a very encouraging Zakk Wylde with a thousand other metalheads with your fists in the air

I've always loved Pantera's groovy as hell riffs but they're a whole another level live, 10/10 would recommend headbanging to them

Phil said some very sweet things about our country and people, though I assume they do that for everyone out of courtesy haha

The staff badges on the lanyards for Pantera said "Be nice, or leave!"

Overall it was an amazing experience, Pantera is one of my bucket list bands as well so I really lucked out seeing them too!
