Kurz's AI YUKARI

The AIs for the M9E Gernsback and M9D Falke used by Mithril are customizable by the user. They're given a name, and their personality can be reinforced and shaped through interaction, and they can change the voice for them. Kurz's AI is named Yukari, and he used a voice sample of a pop idol he liked (he grew up in Japan, though remember, his parents are BOTH German. They moved there for a Journalism gig that his father had) The seiyuu (Japanese voice) for YUKARI is named Yukari Tamura. I find this very amusing, especially since I'm fairly certain the AI was named before they had to do voice casting (though possibly not, I'm not entirely sure on this) The name was used again in Full Metal Panic! Another -- The main character's little sister is Yukari Ichinose.
