I'm planning to start a solo TTRPG Star Wars campaign in the near future, so I'm brainstorming some NPCs! I created most of them specifically for this game, but I also decided to add a couple of my old SW characters because I want to use them for *something*.

Vesper Durant: Pau'an mercenary, currently employed aboard the smugglers' ship Synestia as bodyguard and muscle.

Captain Nadir: Devaronian captain of the Synestia, smuggler and elderly menace.

Mitth’iav’iklir (Thiavik): teenage Chiss thief, he was "kindly rescued" by Captain Nadir from his former indentured life with Black Sun and is currently traveling with the crew of the Synestia.

N5-75: refurbished BX commando droid, she officially belongs to Captain Nadir but considers herself a free droid, thank you very much.

Maava Norgas: Chagrian Inquisitor known as the Eleventh Sister. She leads the Star Destroyer Scepter in its hunt for any Jedi that survived Order 66.

Vandu Kreed: former Mikkian Jedi, currently on the run from the Empire. He should really learn to dress less conspicuously.

Eran Ziel: Nautolan captain of the Imperial Star Destroyer Scepter, obeys directly to the Eleventh Sister's orders. Despite not being a human, he quickly rose through the Empire's ranks.

Shin Amari: Duros leader of a Rebel cell, she hired the crew of the Synestia for a quick and simple job in the Outer Rim...

The dark side vs. the light side of the Force, who will win?

Maava Norgas is a Chagrian Sith Inquisitor known as the Eleventh Sister. She used to be a Jedi librarian in the Coruscant temple, but after Order 66 she was lured to the dark side by promises of power and strength.

Kal Vaarian is a Togruta Jedi Knight who lost his Padawan and his entire Clone trooper company at the end of the Clone Wars. He fled to the Outer Rim and swore never to touch his lightsabers again, choosing a life of exile and silence; but the Empire eventually found him and forced him to fight for his life.

Another little scene from Kal’s story, this time post Order-66 (more or less 6-7 years later). 

Kal Vaarian is a Togruta Jedi who survived Order 66 and spent a few years hiding in the Outer Rim before a Sith Inquisitor, the Chagrian Maava Norgas, found out about him and began to hunt him down with the assistance of her subordinate, the Nautolan Captain Eran Ziel. During his desperate escape, Kal was... accidentally helped by a Mikkian smuggler, Makeet Roman, who ended up calling the Empire’s attention on himself. Now Makeet, in the Empire’s sights, is forced to strike an unlikely alliance with the former Jedi Kal...

Very quick sketches of two of my Star Wars OCs, here depicted during the Clone Wars---

Master Kivas was a Devaronian Jedi Master. His former Padawan, Kal Vaarian (a Togruta Jedi Knight), took his place as General of the 202 Clone company when Kivas died after a Separatist attack that wiped out half of the 202. Since his company was usually stationed on cold planets, he was always wearing very warm clothes; rather than with his lightsaber (with which he was extremely skilled anyway), Kivas preferred to fight with less... traditional weapons, such as his beloved battle axe. Both his axe and his lightsaber got lost after the attack that killed him, and Kal never managed to recover them.

Maava Norgas, a Force-sensitive Chagrian, never had a strong connection to the Force. She barely passed her Jedi trials, but since she could not offer much support in combat situations she was stationed as a librarian at the Coruscant temple. Her shy, humble appearance hid a deep resentment towards the Jedi and the system that basically deemed her useless, a sentiment that slowly turned into pure anger and hatred. She survived Order 66 by pure chance, and when she was offered a place in the new Empire with the promise of power and strength, she immediately accepted. Now she has become a Sith Inquisitor, actively hunting Jedi Knight Kal Vaarian in the Outer Rim.
