Have Nico make friends!

For some reason the writers don’t Nico relationship with anyone else other then Levi. But there a number character that could his friends or something like that. 

Nico and Link 

Link and Nico is obvious due to them arriving together. But for some reason they don’t have a relationship. But Link had helped Nico before and he could for sure do it again.

Nico and Jo

These two may not have interactions with each other but when it comes to dealing with their past, their reactions are so similar. At first they seem like the no drama type of person but that later on it turns to be the opposite. Nico expressing that he’s not out to his parents seem similar to Jo’s being married to an abusive man when it comes how they feel about it which is fear. Nico and Jo both seem to lash out when there in fear. Even though Jo probably doesn’t like Nico, she could be the one to help Nico face his fears like she did.

Nico and Jackson

Mainly because Jackson doesn’t do much.

Nico and Amelia

All I know, they both of them made bad decisions but Amelia learned and matured so maybe she can help Nico make good decisions.

Nico and Teddy 

Both of them had hurt men they love and regret it. Nico mistreating Levi and Teddy cheating on Owen/using Koracick. Teddy could comfort Nico by telling him how badly she screwed up with Owen and Koracick.

Nico and Bailey

Well, Nico respects her since she’s the chief but she also is  like a mother and could guide him in the right direction. 

Nico and Webber

Well, same as Bailey

Nico and Carina

I don’t know what Carina is like Station 19 but on Grey’s, she a f*cking bi saint and could give Nico good advice like she did with Helm.

Nico and Tseng

Tseng just seem like she could be a friend

Nico and Hayes

Well, this one is because of a fanfic and maybe him being a widow can help

Nico and Meredith

Well, both have parent issues so that’s something.

There also returning character could help him:

Nico and Callie/Arizona

Cal and AZ has done worst things in their relationship then him. Nico could be jealous of Callie because she’s such a good surgeon and partner to Arizona. I see her giving him advice. Arizona had done similar things to Nico.  Arizona could give him advice through the famous “I’m a good man in a storm” speech but also add in her mistakes.

Nico and Alex/Izzie

Alex and Nico both have parent issues and Alex  could tell  him how he got over them. And Izzie would’ve help him embraced his emotional side.

Nico and Cristina

Both of them are ambitious but Cristina is softer. She’ll just tell Nico just  go fo what he for desires.

Mabel Tseng, the intern who called out Owen's mistake is going to be more episodes this season because the actress was on set. I really liked her so I'm glad we are gonna be seeing more of her.

That's good! Asians represent! Hopefully she and Nico will actually bring that in and not just be another token Asian.
