Summary: Still, Tommy could not look away from the fire. When he closed his eyes, the tendrils writhed across his eyelids in technicolor, consuming Billy at their heart. No matter what he did, the flames kept burning and Billy kept screaming. It was almost funny; he wasn’t sure Billy was even aware he’d been screaming, but Tommy would never forget the sound as long as he lived, smoke-stripped and pain-soaked as it was. He’d tried to talk over it, to drown it out with his own empty assurances, but it hadn’t worked. That helpless feeling crept back over him, his near-constant companion since Baba Yaga’s, and Tommy fisted his hair in his hands, as though he could wrench the memory out by the roots along with it. Not even seeing his twin safe and uninjured or the brief hug they shared had made the screaming in his head abate. Nothing had. “Tom? Y’alright?”

It's been 84 years, but I still can't stop thinking about the silly montages for Teddy and Owen in their exit episode. I mean, they obviously couldn't involve their other canon romances in those montages because otherwise the whole endgame thing wouldn't have worked out 👀 But the fact that this resulted in Cristina featuring a lot more in Teddy's montage than Owen's still fills me with absolute glee 😁

Ways to approach the poll if the character isn’t a royal:

If you think they’d be from a smaller house, go with the Great House that that smaller house is sworn to (ex: House Manderly —> vote Stark)

They don’t have to be a nobleperson, they can be someone working for the house or being ruled by them. Roles could be a sworn-sword, a septa, a butcher, a blacksmith, or even a lowly peasant.

You can consider the region itself. For example, if you feel the character would be from Dorne, pick House Martell.

You can consider the personality of the character. For example, if your character is all about honor, then consider either House Arryn or House Stark.

Last, but not least, be creative with it! For example, there was a comment I read that the character who was the subject of the poll would be pulling a Littlefinger, so they went with either Lannister or Tyrell as that would be that character’s target houses.

btw pisses me off that they ever tried to make Billy and Teddy have an open and honest discussion about their feelings. don’t lie to my fucking face no they would the fuck not. Billy “if I pretend like the twin brother I abandoned does not exist hard enough then I will be forgiven of all my sins of abandoning him” Kaplan and Teddy “yes my mother was burned alive in front of my very eyes but why would I ever deal with that when I can instead be reduced to an emotional wreck every time she is mentioned for the rest of ever” Altman? those two have never been emotionally honest a day in their fucking lives. emotionally vulnerable sure but never the fuck have they ever had a genuine discussion about their emotions. whenever they need to they just make out and pretend like that counts. do not even play with me bsf
