Are artisan upgrades the only final upgrades that are totally randomized rolls? what about "unique" upgrades?
In the standard upgrade tree, yes. Unique upgrades are things that only apply to certain items (gathering tools, certain weapons, ect.), and they’re typically not randomized.
Hey! :) I'm a pure mage (as of now, at least) and I am not sure whether I should create a male or female spirit wand. I see a lot of mages around with the male spirit wand. What do you suggest?

Almost always the case with spirit weapons is that their stats are dependent on what you feed them. The only things that change with the gender of your spirit weapon is what gems they prefer (what gems apply to which stats), their general text and personality, and the title you get from them if you chose to have a spirit sword.

There’s a signpost in Port Cobh that’s right across from the blacksmith that a lot of players use to get large nails!
is it possible to take an enchant off an item to put on another one?
Sadly, no. If you want an enchant that’s on an item, you have to do an enchanters burn and lose the item (and it has a success rate, so it could be for nothing).
If you do succeed, however, you lose the item but get the enchant! Which you can then put on an item that fills that enchant’s requirements!
I have found a few Moon Gates that haven't been recorded in my Moon Book yet, so I can't teleport to them. I've tried opening the gates as if I were to use them (as some sources online suggest) but they still do not appear in the book. Two of these gates that don't appear for me are Math Dungeon and Rabbie Dungeon. Are these gates that just don't save or am I missing something? Thanks.
The Moonlight Traveler Book may be glitched. I’d recommend taking a screenshot or two and reporting this to customer support. You should still be able to access the aforementioned missing gates through regular moongate travel, if you’ve done what you’ve said!
I have read the post about lowering CP although I am wondering if there is an easy way to lower CP (preferably without having to go through dungeons) such as quests or items in shops. Very basic dungeons are okay too. Thanks
You can do the daily Saga missions to get saga tickets, which you can trade in to Lorna for tendering potions to temporarily lower your CP! Tendering potions are also available in the cash shop, if you have some extra NX laying around! Your CP is also a little lower when you first rebirth, but grows back up to speed as you level.
Other than that, sadly, there’s really no “easy” way to lower your CP without hunting for specially enchanted items.
Also, what do you mean by exp boosting hammers? I just have the regular one so I'm wondering how to get it to exp 10 or whatever to save me some time! I get its from reforging, but I have reforged tools that don't have any boost besides Rank 1 at the bottom. Thanks again and sorry to bother!

I’m assuming you’re referring to the guide I use for training blacksmithing. When the guide refers to “exp hammers”, it’s referring to a special reforge you can potentially get on a blacksmith hammer that gives a boost to your blacksmith training points! You don’t need these to complete blacksmithing, Chaos was just kind enough to take those who have such a hammer into consideration!
Do you have any ideas on how to quickly gain mutant rabbit feet and emerald cores from monsters? I've found that fireball works in groups for rabbits, but the emerald wolves agro me too quickly. Class and stuff doesn't matter. Thank you!
You’re pretty set on mutant rabbit feet by using that method! As for the emerald hyenas you can use lullaby, if you know it, to give yourself some breathing room!
