TUTORIAL: how to add hearts over head
1. open/download Picsart 2. press “add photo” 3. add transparent hearts from your photo album 4. press “multiple" or “screen” or any other of the options that’ll work for your pic 5. done!
you can also press FX on the left top corner and then press “blur” then go to “motion blur” and make them a little more blurry!
if you want to make your picture as your icon then crop it to 1:1
