Mac may be okay, but Tibs and Silas are a different species. They leave a cookie cutter scar on your neck with no magic ibuprofen to patch it up. Mac got lucky and has the glamour of Tepes vampires, but not those ancient dudes.

So I just tried to make this post and it didn’t go through so I’m having to rewrite it all…hmmm. Anyways, did you know that Yolhammer was actually supposed to be 2D? I can’t remember if I ever posted about it when I was first making it. The world was just as big and the world map was colored instead of being an old, worn map. (Cities on map we’re never added) I’ve been thinking of using the old map instead of the current map but I’m not sure. What do you think? You couldn’t do anything but walk in and out of the building you start in and the sprite layers are off ( keep in mind I stopped working on it a long time ago… ) but if you guys would like to play it just for fun let me know and I’ll try to comment a link for you to download it and check it out. -Sorry for the extremely low quality of the gif. It was a video taken a long time ago. If you’d like to see how it looks and hear the game music (in current version of Yolhammer as well) then let me know and I’ll post a download link.-

Headcanon: Mac

To be more specific about Mac and his lack of happiness -

Mac has no dopamine (the reward chemical) or serotonin (the confidence chemical) receptors in his brain. With Luna, he feels more oxytocin (bonding) than a normal person, to make up for the lack of other chemicals. What he can feel that is akin to happiness is adrenaline and endorphins (physical exercise and/or sex), which is why exercise and flying (and in dark verse, fighting) take a certain priority in his life.
