Clap For The Wolfman! Radio DJ Mac Kelly as big bad Wolfman Mac -- with sidekick Boney Bob -- of Detroit's "Wolfman Mac's Chiller Drive-In" and "Nightmare Sinema." Set in the fictional town of Hauntington Heights (I love the name and wish that it was a real place) and filmed at Erebus Haunted Attraction in Ponitac, Michigan, this was an ambitious latter-day Saturday late show featuring a big cast of supporting players alongside Kelly's great makeup and golden voice. You can see how popular the character was in the Motor City, Mac appearing in ads for local businesses during the commercial breaks.
