Color is nice creamy yellow, natural looking.

Consistency is very soft, not much distinction between noodles and cheese substrate

Mixture is pretty consistent, not many chunks of cheese, no crusty bits at all

Oil is limited and distributed evenly. No grease pools

Not sure this counts as solid food, I can chew it with just my tongue and roof of mouth.
