I’m drawing drawing Rhubarb and while doing that I noticed that his ear looks like it has a injury or something like that, is there any story behind that? :0

there is, rhubarb actually has a lot of injuries and scars but the notch on his ear is the only one thats visible normally

when barb was younger he left home and came across an old farm, the only reason he stayed there was because whoever previously lived on the farm abandoned a flock of sheep there and barb wanted to make sure that they were okay, so he stayed and took care of the flock for some time. one night he wakes up to find that wolves have attacked the sheep, killing many of them. he notices that one of the lambs is missing so in a panic he goes to look for it, carelessly running straight into the wolves territory. he does find the lamb but as you can understand the wolves were not happy about him stealing their food and attacked rhubarb, which is why he has a few injuries. this is also where his fear of wolves originates from

hes just lucky that the only spells he ever learned to cast were shields and defensive wards

LEAST FAVORITE bad news first

starting strong i dont like mister Ran Haitani. i actually dont like any of the big three (ran, rindou, sanzu) but i think ran is like, the de facto representative of Beloved Tokyo Revengers Bad Guys, so i hate him the most. i can’t explain why i dont like the man, maybe its some subconscious desire to be quirky and different idk. but listen. its so infuriating being the only ran hater here okay. because everyone & their mom is all “ran is literally gods gift to anyone who can like men hes sooooo attractive and beautiful i want him to sire my offspring” HE’S JUST SOME RANDOM GUY YOU CAN FIND GUYS LIKE THIS AT THE GAS STATION. but yeah ran simply does not interest me and nothing he does will change this. his design is wack his story is dull his behaviour is boring. try harder boy

i dont rlly talk abt it a lot but my favorite arc was that Christmas Eve arc because it had so much stuff i liked. Evil Catholicism. Enemies Begrudgingly Cooperating. Estranged Friends. Killing Family Members. idk soemthing in the way that in the original timeline, their common ideals of protecting each other were twisted to the point where yuzuha kills taiju to protect hakkai and hakkai takes the blame to protect yuzuha, thus ending up leading Black Dragons like his big brother... its about the inescapable cycle of violence and corruption... so yea! i like the shiba siblings they're up there, especially yuzuha i could talk about yuzuha and the 'desire to protect -> motivation to kill' for a long time but thats a tale for another day

this is veryyyy hypocritical after i called the much-loved Ran Haitani lame and ppl already know because im embarrassing about this but i like shion madarame :/ i didnt like him at first like, i didnt care who he was but then he kept showing up, and showing up. and showing up?? and sometime between the 'oh silly guy' and 'hes the most irritating man i know' i started to fall very seriously ill and now i dream of kissing him in the moonlight. i talk a lot of shit about him but thats just bcz i gotta stay humble for the both of us he doesnt know how 👍

its not an Intense Like but i like draken a little. i think a lot of people say ‘takemichis the MC but mikey stole the show’ but honestly takemichi has his haters and mikey has his haters. yet no one hates draken, what are you even gonna say about him hes just sorta untouchable i think everyone likes draken at least a little out of respect because he simply has so much swag. thats why he dies permanently because wakui had to nerf him
