lev’s focus was on preparing the food in front of him, scrambled eggs and french toast. it wasn’t really anything fancy, but it suffice for him and klaus. humming while scrambling the eggs, and making sure to keep an eye on the french toast, he paused when he heard klaus’s door open. 

“klaus! good morning! you’re just in time for breakfast.”

Lev can’t help but smile at Klaus. It’s nice and overall refreshing to have an adult who accepts him for who he is and only wants the best for him. Hearing the praise from Klaus has immediately made his day. 

“You really really mean it, Klaus?”

Belch didn’t mind having his nails painted. He knew his dad would, no doubt, so he knew he had to wash it off before he went home. He would hate it, though. He always admired when Vic did it himself. He liked how it looked, the texture, the color. And Vic even did it so cleanly. Not like Belch’s sister, who always had it all over her hands afterward.

“They look good.” He said softly, smiling. “You’re good at this.”

Georgie craned his neck a bit to get a better look at the picture. “Yeah! When I was really little.” He scrunched up his nose a bit in thought. “I dunno how old, though.” He shrugged. “I never saw that picture before. Can I look?” He reached out a bit, but wouldn’t take the picture unless it was actually given to him. He didn’t want to be rude, since his mama always told him he had to learn how to be more patient.
