Hi, my name is Gazit Chaya, and I’m 41 years old. A few years ago, I started having really bad PMS, mood swings, super heavy period, and cramps for the first time in my life. I was generally just feeling awful, headaches and so much going on. I went to my doctor, and my doctor said that it was too early for perimenopause. They did blood work, and they didn’t think that anything was happening. And I just struggled for a few years until I kept googling everything and searching for something, and I finally found Macafem and decided to try it. And usually I don’t do great with herbs or any kind of medication or anything, but I had started having hot flashes, which was really freaking me out and making life just unbearable. I was becoming irritable and, like I said, having mood swings Within a couple of weeks of taking Macafem, the hot flashes stopped, and I haven’t had one since, and it’s been over a year. I take 3 a day, one at each meal. And I find that if I get lazy and don’t take them, like space out 3 of them, then I start to feel moody and irritable and can get like changes in temperature, like when I drink coffee in the morning, I get really hot, things like that. But if I take them faithfully, I do so much better. It has just really been a huge help to me, and I really encourage anyone to try it. It’s been very easy to order online and to receive and I’m so grateful. I just will continue taking it for as long as I have all of this going on.
Good luck!
Thank you so much, Gazit Chaya! We greatly appreciate you sharing your insights.

Macafem Dosages and Time frames 2019 -2020
We would like to share with you several Macafem testimonials that we’ve received from our long-term customers.
The following experiences describe various dosages and time frames.
The first one came from Vanessa who has been using Macafem for about 2 years and now enjoys life without bothersome menopause symptoms she previously struggled with. In 2019, she ran out of Macafem and decided to try a different brand. Within a couple of weeks, her menopause symptoms returned, including dizziness, night sweats, etc. So, she ordered more Macafem and got back to taking the supplement. She didn’t notice a difference right away, so she increased her tablet intake from 3 to 4 a day. That’s when she started to feel better.
Nicollete, on the other hand, has been using Macafem for the past 10 years and would recommend it to any woman. She is 56 years old and thinks Macafem is a wonderful supplement. It helps her with menopause symptoms as well as her overall well-being. She thinks Macafem is a wonderful product!
Julie has been using Macafem for several years now. She admitted that when the time comes to re-order, she hesitates because she feels fine and assumes that she doesn’t need the supplement anymore. But without Macafem, she gets stricken with her old symptoms literally within a few days, including getting hot flashes several times an hour during the day, waking up with hot sweats during the night, feeling weepy over tiny things, and more! As soon as she gets a new supply of Macafem, within a few days everything is back ot the way it should be… no more sweats, no more flashes, no more crying! Macafem really works for her!
And our last testimonial came from Kathleen.
Kathleen has been using Macafem for more than 5 years. Since she went through menopause, she looked for something to calm the “not settled edgy feeling” that she had with no explanation. She says that Macafem is wonderful and she loves that it is all natural. Kathleen takes one pill in the morning and one at night, which helps calm down the unexplainable anxiety that she used to feel. She finished her message by saying: ”Please rush this order, I am out and during this coronavirus I have neglected reordering. Thanks Macafem!”
We would like to thank Vanessa, Nicolette, Julie and Kathleen for sharing their positive feedback with us and helping other women make the best choices for their health!

How to lose weight during menopause
Do you feel as if all your efforts to eat right and keep up with exercise are not bringing the results you want? Well, you can blame it on hormonal imbalance.
As women, we know how difficult it is to keep those extra pounds off. But, don´t worry, help is within reach! Keep reading for our effective guide to lose weight during menopause.
Choose the right exercise for you
Some of us might naturally like exercising, others might try to avoid it by all means. There’s no shame in that! For those who find it difficult to start, we recommended starting small and gradually building up.
The Department of Health and Human Services recommends women to perform moderate–intensity exercise for 150 minutes a week, generally spread out throughout the days.
Or, for those women who want to generate a bit more heat, 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic exercise will also do the trick. This includes exercises such as running or aerobic dancing.
You can also take a power walk for 30 minutes a day, at least 4-5 times a week.
Watch what you eat
In order to lose weight, your caloric output has to be higher than your caloric intake. So, stop sneaking into the kitchen for some cookies and instead focus on a nutritious and balanced diet.
Researchers have found that those who followed a low-fat diet consisting of five daily servings of fruits and veggies and six daily servings of whole grains were more likely to lose weight than others in the control group.
In fact, Mediterranean diet, which is naturally rich in healthy fats sources, like olive oil, avocados, fatty fish, nuts, has shown to help with weight loss during and beyond the menopausal transition.
When eating, a pro tip is to replace simple sugars, like white breads or pasta, with slow-release carbohydrates, which are found in whole grains, sweet potatoes, nuts, and fruits. This way, blood sugar and insulin levels will be significantly reduced, helping you increase satiety.
Have a good night’s rest
Did you know that women who slept less than five hours a night had a 30 percent higher risk of gaining 30 pounds over a 16-year period than those who slept a full seven hours? Not fun at all!
Ok, we know what you are thinking. Night sweats keep you awake at night. But worry not! Just like weight gain, night sweats are rooted in hormonal imbalance and can be tackled one and for all.
For starters, avoid spicy meals and hot showers right before bedtime. Also, ventilating your bedroom and using pajamas made from breathable fabrics is a good strategy. Oh, and don’t forget to have a glass of cold water handy at night!
Take Macafem for weight control
Even with the best techniques, your menopause weight loss will not be complete without going directly to the root cause of those extra pounds: imbalanced hormones.
Fortunately, Macafem can help women like you maintain a healthy weight by balancing hormone naturally and increasing energy levels. This can help you shed those stubborn pounds that appear after the onset of the menopause transition.
As an added bonus, Macafem will also help you battle other debilitating menopause symptoms, like night sweats, low libido, vaginal dryness, and more.
Remember that while most women take three Macafem capsules a day with a hearty breakfast, the exact dosage can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
