neither of us rlly know when we fell in love, so i'm unsure who was in love first, but, red son was crushing on me for a while before i started my own pining nonsense for him

oh GOD no-- or at least no one in the main gang, theyd absolutely freak. red didnt tell anyone either, for pretty much the same reasons.
