My heart goes out to the Beatles fandom right now because I am new to this whole "maccabait" thing that was going on. I saw a text post about the user and, being curious, decided to investigate. Here's what I know:

Maccabait (her name is Chelsea?) was sending violent sexual messages and triggers to other members of the Beatles fandom. I checked the #maccabait tag and saw the stories of fandom members telling how vile and despicable Chelsea was being towards them. Some people appear to be emotionally scarred and very hurt, and my heart bleeds for them.

So remember Beatles fandom, the MJ fandom is always here for you. <3

I know I’m a bit late with this maccabait thing… But I was looking through my messages and I’ve just re read a lot of anon messages that seem to be of similar content to what she was sending out… At the time I sort of just ignored them… Maybe answered one on occasion… But there are still a few in there (I have now deleted them because I was grossed out) that I never responded to. Maybe I’m just paranoid and it’s not her… But I really think it was… And going by the comments she made to me I’m so so sorry to anyone out there who got similar messages. Especially to the young tumblr uses… You shouldn’t be exposed to this sort of thing… Actually…no one really should… If anyone needs to talk I’m here!!

So, I heard she might be back and that worries me. That worries me a lot. If you get any anon hate or sexual harassment, tell someone. I KNOW we don't like telling our parents anything, but this is important. 

You need to tell them and you need to report it. Don't answer them, but don't delete them. Please. You have to take action. Police can easily track down where those anons are coming from.

Even if it isn't her cyberbullying is still illegal in some countries. 

I know I never talked to her and wasn't personally harassed by anyone, but this is the classic rock fandom. I care about you guys. You all mean a lot to me and I hate to see anyone hurt.

just checked the maccabait tag cos literally i messaged her yesterday about the stupid "i'm gonna burn my beatles stuff cos i want attention" debacle...

not part of this fandom but we occasionally talked and i wanted to unfollow her after i saw her posting all this weird conspiracy theory shit...

I just understood the whole maccabait situation; i didn't really noticed what the fuss was all about when the subject had turned up and there are still some things i don't get. I didn't neither know her nor follow her and wether i try to put myself in the position of the ones who were harrased or abused, i'm not able to feel the way they really felt- but i just wanted to say that although you might not turn to me since barely anyone knows me here (i joined a short time ago), i'm here if you wanna talk or anything. I hope this will serve. No one really deserves this, but the rock fandom? I'm not positive about this at all, please know that, but it's just that the classic rock fandom has the greatest people. The guys i had the pleasure to "meet" (more like to follow), are so cool, they are people you can talk to and turn to and it's just so unfair. I also think it's quite unfair for people to be all "ok, get over it" because that is not how it works. if they could, they would have gotten over it already- i don't think the situation is enjoyable in the least. Please don't take it as a rude comment or anythin because thats not the way i meant it, i just wanted to suggest maybe the option of being a little more sympathetic and tolerant about this. Anyway, I'm glad this is over and I really hope you guys get better; you don't deserve any of this. No one does. Take care, all of you. Stay strong classic rock fandom! You go!
