The other night at @machidashotensingapore media preview sesh with some of the very best people around! This is their very first outlet outside of Japan, which they have an impressive 45 outlets in Japan and consults over 400 iekei ramen restaurants in China, the Phillinpines, USA, Italy, and Thailand! The Singapore's outlet has exclusive items like the Miso Tonkatsu Ramen, Homemade Shrimp Gyoza, and many more. I personally really like the Shoyu Tonkatsu Ramen, which is their signature Yokohama-style iekei ramen! The broth is so good! 😍 If you're a fan of ramen, you should definitely give this a shot!
