The light and dark golems are completely different from the fire, water, and wood!  Machine Golem is just a straight up robot, and a weird one too.  We got two weird crablike legs on what I think might be a rotating hinge, like a pointy office chair.  The smooth round outer shell on this thing looks like it’s almost intended to fit together, like this design could curl up into a ball like Samus.  I don’t think it actually can, but you get that vibe from the curves.

It's centaur-like appearance was designed to appeal to young children, although that far from hinders its overall performance. This updated variant of the Machine Golem has been installed with a high-level artificial intelligence, and digital copies of holy texts that it can recite from.

Where one inventor saw perfection, others after him saw something that could be improved. Outfitting the Machine Golem with rapid-fire canons allows it to hit the weakpoints of targets from a city block away with pinpoint accuracy.
