Tonight’s Prairie State Travels stop took us to SportsCorner @ 124, where Marshall stepped away from his usual grilled cheese for a bacon‑and‑jalapeño quesadilla — and I traded my go‑to mushroom and Swiss burger for the Pizza Carnitas, a naan‑bread base layered with avocado spread, tender pork, pico de gallo, mozzarella, and chipotle ranch.
