Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, from the Green Cross themselves.  ( http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/02/20/girl-scout-cookies-marijuana_n_4825080.html )  These flowers were some of the most interesting I have enjoyed for a while, with forefronts of mint in the inhale and with a chocolate cookie exhale that lingers if only for a second or two.  Not to mention the pre- ignition boutique encapsulating all these smells in a amazingly compact and dense nug.  As you can tell by the 20% THC this is a well grown batch, with genetic potential seemingly maximized. With leaves that seemed to melt like hash when heated, a quality that usually only happens at above 20% THC.  If you have a sweet tooth than these cookies are for you!

So this Candy Kush has has a pedigree of sorts,  originally acquired as clones from the Blue Sky Coffee shop that operated out of Oaksterdam, (the Amsterdam of Oakland) by my self for a friend, they were shuffled up the Northern part of our great state, California.  Much has happened sense then, Candy Kush has been shouted out and makes a cameo in a music video by Garth Cultivator ( http://youtu.be/mPOU-o4hQz0 ) and won 4th place at The Humboldt MECCA Cup ( a very competitive area for the growing of fine Ganja) this year.  Suffice to say this medium green frosted new addition to the Kush Family is here to stay!  My taste buds leap for joy at that announcement, with a standard OG Kush taste wrapped up in the candy flavor, If Jolly ranchers made a pot flavor it would be exactly this!  That sugary overload to me indicates strong maximization of genetic potential, and the deep undercurrent of agave spice found in a vaporized hit leaves me in amazement at the complexity, with a deep spike of death lettuce and ever so slight cocoanut milk w/ a hint of curry.  This is an extremely strong visually enhancing strain with extra stony vision, extra colors and streaks that if used heavily can add to the slight disconnect of the body, might not be the best for the uncoordinated or during times when you might need heightened reflexes.

Riding the rails on this Qrazy Train!  This lovely cross between Querkel and Train Wreck comes from Lifted 420 here in San Francisco.  Its a sativa dominant flower with slightly purple-y tips to its swollen calyxes.  The generous frosting of crystals lending their THC Delta 11 (the main terpenoid responsible for the wonderful bouquet of pot) to its Trainwreck parentage with a triple snap kick to the front part of your nostrils, once when you smell the flower, once in the last part of the first half of your hit and then again towards the end of the exhale, especially if some escapes through said nose.  With the buzz quick and uplifting like Tw, the body and oily undercurrents of its Querkle purple heritage keep the enjoyable buzz warming the depths of your hands and feet, whistle still keeping the cerebral high of Tw an element to the experience.  Vape lightly if you want to taste the purple in this strain, and keep in mind the purple aspect comes for the Querkel in this cross and that is another cross with the non purple Space Queen and Purple Eurkel.  Note watch out if your going to the store or a restaurant, your appetite may increase by leaps and bounds, and with that sativa-y Tw you'll have the energy to go get all kinds of food!
