What do you do (generic is fine)? What made you decide to go that route? Any tips? Advice? Anything?
Yay or nay
So, for those of you who may have been following for a bit or may know me, I have a huge passion for the policy work and advocacy work of social work. So yesterday, my public policy teacher asked me why I am not a poli sci major as well. It shouldn't hold me back on graduating, but it will be more stressful. I think because of my passion and my interests that this would indeed be a beneficial add on so thoughts???
Double Major
Unlike most of the people in my junior social work program cohort, my interests are more in the political arena. Macro practice intrigues me. I want to be an advocate, work towards the betterment of society. Unfortunately, I never knew I had such an interest until after I entered the program. If I had, I would have gone for a minor in political science or double major with one being political science.
I found out recently that the class difference for a double major is much smaller than a minor and a major and now I'm on the fence. Should I just go for it
