So exhausted.. Singapore arrival is delayed for 2 hours and therefore our Mactan Cebu flight will be affected.. Good thing passengers most especilly those with connecting and sectoral flight has understood. No one got mad, or cursed us, or any possible things that mostly happens when a passenger is upset. Thank God.. Even tho we felt the lack of the presence of our on duty assistant manager, we were still able to conquer those deadly challenges 👽 and had them understood the situation with as much concern, patience, and empathy we showed them, not only that we just did our job, but we were also concerned about them. Tho we havent experienced the same situation, but atleast, we've tries our best to imagine, "what if we were on their situation, what if it was my mom who's on their situation", well.. i cant stand that..
