he knows better than to judge the metaphorical book by its cover, but the guy looks kinda like the wizarding type - plus he's also in the section of the library that dealt more with the arcane, so he feels like it's a pretty good chance that he might know more than he does.

"like, i still know the spells, still perform 'em correctly with all the right components, but they just...ain't workin'. only mage hand." he gestures weakly to the spectral hand as it skitters towards another book to drag it closer to him. even more perplexing, he still feels magic here - it's still accessible in theory just... not to him, apparently.

For Mira, the first and foremost one is no doubt Quality Time. This is because she knows time is different for her, hours to days to even weeks can pass by her in a blink of an eye and sometimes she won't register it. So, because of this, if others express even an ounce of interest in spending time with her, she will always make time for anyone who matters. Because to them, it may be nothing but a fleeting fancy of an idea to do something silly or simple, but since memories stay with her forever, she'll always have those to look back on and cherish, even if it's a simple outing to do a shopping trip.

Then, she'd have a secondary part of Gift Giving with a hint of Acts of Service maybe. She knows words can be tricky, she knows they can have a double meaning, so rather than fumble there, she opts for something that has a harder time to guess the reasoning for (so she hopes). While she enjoys being able to touch souls without worrying about diving into memories, she's aware she is cold, and will always place their comfort over her wants, and therefore shies away from touching others much unless they show they're fine with it.
