         “Please teach me how you did that--!!!” Never before has Morgan seen magic like that. It was almost as if her hair moved on it’s own! Last she checked, hair could not normally do that. It was astounding, not to mention...this woman had skills that far surpassed anyone in the Shepherds. Maybe if Morgan could learn from her, she’d be able to prove just how useful she could be.

all that sleeping made you soft , she had said , and yet over time , jeanne had realized how their journey had softened her . even if only a little . there’s a comfort her friend’s safety and presence brings : when such comfort hit the hardest , jeanne would find small ways to show such .

today , that would result in her bringing cereza a glass of wine  ― after her day of dancing with the angels , it seems safe to say some further relaxation was needed .
