Yesterday was the absolute worst. First, I lost my job and now I’m worried about how I will be able to cover bills but then, I lost someone I really liked. It was almost as if I loved them...

Today makes 1 year that I have not spoken to my ex. I am really proud of myself. I’ll admit that it has not been easy. There have been days and nights where I’ve wanted to reach out but that is not my place anymore. I have been making new friends, finding new hobbies, talking to a therapist to help me move on and heal. So I just want to pat myself on the back for staying strong and moving on.
