The Grinch: On December 16th of 1989, a federal Judge, named Robert Vance, recieved a holiday package. When he attempted to open it, in the kitchen of his suburban Alabama home, it exploded and killed him instantly. Another Christmas bomb killed an attorney in his Savannah, Georgia offices. "holiday package" bombs started being discovered in the mail system. Two more were intercepted and defused before they could arrive to the federal courthouse in Atlanta, and the Jacksonville, FL offices of the NAACP. The defusing of these bombs proved to be a complex process due to their insidious design, so a specialist was brought in... he recognized the design as the craftsmanship of a bomb that he had defused 17 years previously. The trail lead back to a man named Walter LeRoy Moody. In 1997, an Alabama Judge sentenced the Grinch bomber to light up like a Christmas tree in the electric chair.
