It was mentioned in a previous headcannon that grian is like a magpie. And that got me thinking as to who on the server would be a magpie hybrid.
Hypno
It's Hypno.
He loves shiny things (his pocket watch collection) and hypnotizes certain hermits into giving him their shiny things (His close friends)
He especially enjoys taking shiny things from wels, and will perch on his shoulder just to try and steal the golden embellishments on his armour (it doesn't work, they are crafted from incredibly strong and durable metal and welded together). Wels is the most important shiny thing in Hypno's collection, being an alive, walking talking shiny thing.
In turn, Wels is a dragon hybrid, and sees Hypno as a part of his hoard.

Welsknight has gotten heatstroke SO MANY TIMES because he refuses to take off his armor
He'll be in 100 degree weather and in a whole ass suit of armor just doing manual labor. It is a regular occurrence to see him passed out and have to rush him somewhere COLDER and treat him
Multiple people have offered to build him an insulation system or something but he insists he's fine
Spellcasters have tried to cast cooling but he insists that's MUCH to whimsical
