Oh my goodness, Hydrus looks all sorts of adorable; right... headcanons... hm. I'd say that when he first got his prosthetic limbs it was probably really difficult to move, but pressing on hoping days would improve - and by the looks of the ships that are on the horizon, they most likely did. Other than that, I got nothin'. Sorry.
