Whump Prompt 239
“Whumper, please!”
Whumpee groaned as they landed on the floor with a thud. Whumper stood in front of them and watched as their two henchmen grabbed Whumpee’s arms and forced them to their knees. One grabbed Whumpee’s hair and pulled back so they couldn’t look away.
“How much longer are you going to make me wait, Whumpee?” Whumper’s annoyance was right at the cusp of anger. “I’ve been too generous with you, and you never seem to learn.”
“Just give me a few more days, Whumper,” Whumpee struggled not to let their voice break from tears. “I’ll pay everything back, I promise!”
“Heard it so many times,” Whumper sighed, “But I am sick and tired of the empty promises.”
They knelt down in front of Whumpee, their face just a few inches away. “Look, Whumpee, I like you. You’re amusing. But I have to set an example, and I just can’t make exceptions for you anymore.”
They smiled and patted Whumpee’s cheek. “It’s really nothing personal.”
“No, no, please…”
“A week in the hospital,” Whumper instructed their henchmen as they stood back up. “Whumpee, a week and a day from now I want my full payment. If I have to ask again, I’m not going to be as nice.”
The henchmen threw Whumpee back to the ground and started kicking their sides and stomach. Whumpee cried out for mercy as Whumper turned and left the room.
