A New Beginning (Starter for renegadeofthesands)

They had been marred for a few months now and all was well, though Kisara had certainly begun to notice just how quiet it was when Bakura was gone working for the day. She still found it a little hard to believe that she was married and would often just look at the ring he gave her or give herself a small inch just to be sure she wasn’t dreaming.

Many times she had found herself occasionally babysitting or just keeping an eye one of the kids in the village. Many had commented at how good she was with them. She had even been asked once if she might have any, which really made her think. She had to admit she did get a bit lonely when he was gone, sure there was Kami, but he had managed to make a few friends so he wasn’t a round much either. Now that they were married and had for the most part managed to settle down and things had found some semblance of normalcy, she did wonder what it might be like to have a child of their own.

She wanted to talk to Bakura about it, but Kisara was never sure exactly how to go about it. She tried once or twice bring it up very subtly in their conversations but it usually fell flat. She didn’t just want to bring it up just out of the blue, so she thought that maybe she could try to keep dropping hints and he would eventually figure it out. Thinking about how she could go about it she got that nights dinner ready waiting for Bakura to return from fishing.
