Sometimes it's easy to want to be part of the crowd. It's just less effort. Standing out can be so much work. Having to explain your different opinion. Having to try and make sense to other people. Sometimes it's easier to just be part of the crowd. Until you remember who you really are and realize that's a lie. Embrace who you are and wear it like a badge of honor. Growing up my mom made us plant lots of trees. She made us fill bags with soil for her to come later and plant seedlings. No seeds were to ever be thrown because she dried them and planted them. I remember her dream was to plant a million trees in her lifetime. In December I remembered this and asked her how far she'd gone and she says she doesn't even know but it's definitely beyond a million. When I was in Karagwe in Tanzania and saw this forest that was planted here, it made me remember my mom and her commitment to what she loves. Nature. What do you love? Seriously. And what are you doing to keep what you love alive? I ask myself this a lot lately. #MadeofBlack254

I'm lately loving shooting small portions of the city from above as opposed to wide views. Let me ask. What is it that you celebrate most about yourself? A quality, a feature, a skill? For me, it's probably my minor ocd tendencies. I love seeing my lines straight and angles proper. It's both annoying and cool and probably helps in my creativity. I also like that I'm long suffering, and stubborn. Oh my, I'm stubborn. This makes me able to try stuff without accepting failure. Again, this is both annoying and cool. First of all, you guys are wrong for dissing my ankles yesterday. Thank you for the free lotion received 😂. Not really. So anyway. I remember when I asked about dreams and you guys shared beautiful dreams that you have. I read each one of them and replied to your comments. I was so inspired by the and want to encourage you guys to follow, no, chase those dreams. Also, I have a question, those dreams you have, what are you doing now to achieve those dreams. Do you deliberately take steps and do things that will lead you to toward your dream or do you just sit and hope your dreams come true. Because I am convinced that if you do nothing, these dreams will just stay a desire. So today, take a step. A deliberate step toward making your dreams come true.
