My yarn stash looks (a little) organised! So it’s a recurrent thing that when customers order a made to order item from me, although I repeat it many times that it can be made any colours and size, my customers seem surprised when j ask them what colours they would like, they are obv happy to realise that they can have it to suit them however it raises the question am I losing out on a lot of sales as lots of prospective buyers are put off believing they are buying a replica of the listing photo??
