It's not just you. There isn't one thing in my life right now that I can say to myself, "I'm really good at this."

We should be, though. Like, I feel like we should be able to say that. Cuz everyone else looks at you and can name a few things your really good at, but you just can't see it or believe it for yourself. 

But then if you break down and admit it that maybe your pretty good at something it feels like your indulging yourself, or your being arrogant? 

Dude, being a complex human being is... complicated. =I

I love your cosplay! I didn’t get a chance to read Good Omens yet, but from how you described the characters (and the fan art I have seen) you really pull Crowley off well! I hope I can make it to one of your events someday

Championships

Do you think that someday I could be a championship rider, even get into the Olympics  My mom told me that I couldn't do it because riding is for rich people only.  I'm going to college for art, but all my spare money goes into riding lessons because I've always dreamed of being an amazing rider and everyone in the barn likes watching me ride and progress. I feel like this is what I was meant to do, but maybe i'm not as good as I think I am. Maybe I just want to prove my mom wrong?

I changed my major back in 2009 from Equestrian Science (animal science) to Art because I couldn't get any science classes and everyone put me down about working with horses. But now that i'm an art major everyone is putting me down for my art. My parents think it's a waste of time and that my skills aren't good enough to get my anywhere. Anyway I feel kind of down because no one seems to like what I do (at least the people I spend the most time with, family etc.) I keep getting threatened with being kicked out of the house if I don't find a job. I've applied everywhere I can think of and places others have suggested with no luck. Out of over 100 applications I filled out I got one interview and never got called back.  Okay I'm done venting, I just wish there was a simple answer to at least one of my many problems. Do they all have to be hard?
