Thank you for reminding me that yeah Karna just has pleasing looking body horror going on. That realization comes and goes, normally popping up when a detail about him gets some spot light.

karna’s whole body is so fucked up it’s the best. those spikes on his armour go directly into his arm. why? because he’s here to suffer I guess

also other artists including wada tend to differ but as far as pako is concerned (and pako was his original designer even back in apocrypha) the black “suit” is actually just his skin and he has to wear any actual clothes over it

Okay so I didn't want to like kill you or anything with Touken but~. There are two swords that might interesting you. One is Iwatooshi and he is the biggest sword in th game at 6'6". He's a pretty fun guy that enjoys getting down in a fight, he's got sharp teeth and when he gets battle damage enough his tiddies come out. The other is sword is Sengo Muramasa, yes made by That Muramasa. All I can say is he's a biggin boy, here to slut it up and have a good time.

I HAVE A SMALL FIGURE OF IWATOSHI ACTUALLY!! him and mikazuki they’re these small trading figures that you can put on the edge of your glass and also i knew about muramasa cause he’s voiced by suwabe and i saw twitter go wild over him when he was released. i lov both of those swords too

this lil guy. i have him hang off one of my mikus’ hair i dont have a better way of displaying him and i got him from a blindbox i bought together with that miku so theyre family. mikazuki is the one i really wanted from that set so im rly lucky i got him and then also the shark sword

I actually found a site to help me make them (like I use to do with Gaiaonline) since I have no trust in my drawing skills. The other half bit of fun is coming up with personalities and special traits. Like the Gae Bolg clan where everyone is named Gae Bolg, people just gave them nicknames based off shades of red. Since Scáthach didn't bother giving them unique and they'd don't care much either way. (I didn't play Gungirls but I have played Touken Ranbu tho.)

shit! fuck! i somehow forgot touranbu exists i love the swords i hve 0 interest in playing it but i want to EAT mikazuki’s design i actually relied on his grable version a lot in my babby days, and also that one fox dude with long white hair i want to kiss that one. whenever im at a con it takes a lotta self control not to buy a bunch of touranbu figures but lucky for my wallet they usually only have nendoroids and i dont like nendoroids enough to buy nendos of characters i dont even know. once i come across a touranbu scale im sliced bread though

ohhh gijinka design is always fun im personally really fond of the ones that are really subtle so when you’re told ‘this is an x gijinka’ you can see it but the design also works without that context. the gun girls are good i’d play gun girls if my phone wasn’t screaming under the weight of many mobage already
