@madnifcnt sent [ knife + reverse ] for cj. ( your muse using a knife in bed, whether for threat or actually cutting mine. but make it a hook )
unlike some of her siblings, cj actually feels like she’s earned the right to carry a hook around, having almost died to get it and having used it to save her own life, it only seems right that she gets to carry it around on her belt now along with her sword and the compass she won from that particular adventure. it’s a reminder of her greatest achievement, which makes it a far better reminder than the one certain other people might choose to carry around.
and she’s seen mads look at it, of course she has. whenever she pulls it out to clean it or twirl it absently in her hand, there’s a definite look she gets. and it’s different to the look most people get when she’s wielding a deadly weapon. it’s hungrier. and she love that look.
so it can hardly be surprising, then, that the next time they’re alone and mads’ mouth is on hers, and they’re half sitting, half-lying on the bed, it easy to remember. so as she shucks her coat and with it, her belt, she grabs the hook from where it’s tucked and pushes mads back against the mattress. “ hey, gorgeous, ” she murmurs, placing the curve of the hook under mads’ chin to force them to look up at her.
she kisses them again, biting at their lip before pulling away and sliding the hook into the neck of their shirt. there’s a glint in her eye and she flashes them a grin. “ i’ll get you a new one, ” she promises, right before the metal pierces the fabric and tears it open, giving her more freedom to reach mads’ skin. and reach it she does. the point of her hook presses firmly against the top of their chest, scratching a red line, but not quite piercing the skin, not yet, at least.
“ what do you think, love? like it? ” she teases, scratching the point down the valley of their breasts, scoring a line. “ is this what you wanted? ” she doesn’t much care for people’s feelings, but mads is different and she needs to make sure she’s not pushing her boundaries.
