A certain mannerism, the way he holds himself sometimes, echoes of Celine that leak through every once and while that have Warfstache staring at Dark trying to figure out what the FUCK is drawing him in
Mmm yesOften Wilford looks at Dark and sees the shadow of a good, pure man tainted by death.But other times he'll see someone who he'd loved in a different way, sees her in the way Dark smooths his hand through his hair, the way his eyes crinkle just so when his lips pull up in a sly smirk (Damien never smirked, not like Celine did, he was too soft, she was all sharp, beautiful edges). And he'll stare and stare as he talks, the words not registering because his voice matches her quick tempo. He'll sometimes wave his arms as he speaks like she did, except Wilford doesn't know who she is, knows only the attractive red flare of Dark's eyes.
