So this is literally my first ever H/C I've ever shared here. Please don't hate me, I just thought it was cute.

·You and Sam had been dating for nearly 2 years

·Sam goes all out for every occasion when it cones to you

·Christmas, Valentines day, your birthday, all where times he doubled down on lavishing you with whatever your heart desired

·But, this was going to be different

·He knew you expected him to do these things on these special days...but this had to be a surprise

·He had it all planned out with Nicky

·Nicky would ask you to come down to the 'Gold Rush' with him to help pick out something special for this girl he was seeing

·"(Y/N) I need your help with somethin'. Ya see, I'm seeing this dame, she's a real gem, and I wanna give her some jewelry but I can't make my mind up"

·But little did you know, you were helping narrow down Sam's choices when he went to buy your engagement ring for the surprise proposal he was setting up!!

·You looked through all the cases in the front of the Gold Rush, but most of it looked alike

·The rows and rows of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings where almost overwhelming with how gaudy and shiny they were

· But you love window shopping

·"Nah (Y/N), come over here! I think I wanna get her a ring!"

·This girl must be special to Nicky if he thought she deserved a ring, you thought

· Once you came to the case Nicky was standing in front of  you almost immediately zeroed in on your dream ring

·Since this was to help Nicky, you wanted to keep it to yourself

·But Nicky was watching your every move and recognized the rings you had spotted

·It was everything you had ever wanted when it came to an engagement ring

·Maybe someday Sam will pop the question, you thought

·You pointed out a few rings you liked, and ones you thought would be good picks for this mystery woman

·"Nicky who is this girl? Is she someone I know?" You asked.

·"Nah I don't think you do. But she reminds me of you quite a bit"

·You thought that was interesting. But you didn't want to pray too much into Nickys personal life

·Nicky showed you some rings, asking for your advice on what you thought looked nice 

(All the while he's taking mental notes so he can tell Sam)

· But the rings you had first layed eyes on stayed in the back of your mind

· You glanced at it from time to time while looking at the rings Nicky was running by you

·"(Y/N), you keep looking at that one, wanna try it on? We just got it last week"

· Your heartbeat quickened, surely just looking at it wouldn't be soooo bad...right?

· Once Nicky took the ring out and handed it to you, you fell in love

· It was perfect. The stones caught the light and shone stunningly 

· You couldn't resist trying it in

· Surprisingly it fit your ring finger to a T!

· "Wow! That looks nice on ya (Y/N), like it was made for you"

· Nicky eventually picked out a ring he had shown you earlier, and you too headed back to the Tangiers

· Upon arriving you were greeted by your love at the front door

· "How did it go darling? Pick out something good for Nicky?" Sam said as he placed a kiss on your lips

· "Yeah I think we got something she will like"

· Sam smiled at you, knowing you were in for quite the surprise tomorrow night
