Magaganda lahi niyo. Ampon ka ba?
In Tagalog it’s maganda but gwapa is commonly used in Visayas where bisaya and hiligaynon people use this word to compliment someone.

“Hi sobrang ganda mo”
“Hi you’re so beautiful”
