Sorry for asking u bec idk if u actually know but like.... what is the Lore with trevor zegras and jaime drysdale. i know like some of it but why do people generally discuss it like zegras is a sad dog and drysdale is unknowingly leaving him in the backyard

the short version is: people are mean

(here is an actually good primer and another really good one about them if you do wanna know the lore, recounting important milestones is not my strong suit and other people have written it down better than i ever could)

no but really, i genuinely don’t understand where do people come from with this considering jamie has never made it sound like trevor is Too Much, he just shows how he likes trevor in a different way. i don’t think we’ve ever seen him look even remotely fed up with trevor or annoyed or anything

where trevor is audibly happy to tell his friends he loves them and openly talk about his feelings, jamie will either say the most non-descript thing ever or something so soft it will hurt you for days. my newest favorite example is jamie claiming his favorite halloween costume of all time is one with z that they never got to wear

sorry this is the polar opposite of eloquent but i’m passionate about this 😭

dear anon, the beautiful thing is that there's nothing going on with them, you have the unique chance to invest early into the love child ship founded by @thatsamadeuppenalty @northernsharkteeth and me (and with our track record, we're on a good way to manifest them, stay tuned)

but like. picture this. he is 5'11 and gets off on irritating people on the ice and longs for a good scrum. he is 6'4 that doesn't have much intention to fight and doesn't like hitting people. can i make it anymore obvious?

(they also both got a thigh tattoo this year and i'm fairly positive lako's one is also family related. so. you know. family guys)

literally the most just some guy, world's youngest person to receive senior citizen discount, genuinely hilarious, so deadpan, i could watch him skate forever. self-proclaimed dad of the youngsters on the team. does not like coffee nor tea so i'm not convinced he's real. i fear i love him

just a sweet, extremely polite canadian mouse. so boring but so sweet, has a ping pong table at his house and does jigsaw puzzles to unwind and scored hattricks for his dad's birthday And then his mom's birthday so it'd be even. forever rookie, forever a cherished mouse of the team
