Now it's time to share the moodboard I made for the MC of Seshka's Gift, my upcoming story from the Festive Fates anthology!

We first see Seshka in the epilogue of Sixes and Sevens, then discover her true nature in Aether and Honor, and now with Seshka’s Gift, we watch her grow ! Originally an orphan from The Dominion, Seshka doesn’t even know her surname–just that someone cared enough to save her from a life of despair, and that her dangerous but powerful aethermagic has an important place in her own story. In Seshka’s Gift, will she finally find a place where she is not just accepted for who she is, but which she can call home? Art by the amazing @alizrak.

Seshka is gifted with using herbal concoctions to empower her leymagic spells, speaks High Tan’shi as well as conversational, loves solving impossible problems, and will read anything she can get her hands on if it means she’s learning something new. She’s never had a best friend in her life, but that is about to change…

I'm so excited to share the character moodboards I made for Seshka's Gift, my upcoming story from the Festive Fates anthology!

Rexi Briseas, a Sionnach (fox kin) whose clan hails from the Sylvan Woods, makes her first appearance in Valiant and Sage. Rexi is Jeron Wright’s assistant, and a Novice in the Easthaven Mageguild Academy, where she learns to control her capricious air leymagic. Precocious, witty, full of energy, and kind hearted, Rexi has made it her personal mission to see that Seshka’s first trip to Easthaven is as fun and magical as possible. Art is a commission from @alizrak.

Rexi, Mageguild Novice to Sage Jeron Wright, is no stranger to crisis after her experience during the Northgate Expedition Kraah attack. She is loyal, brave, bubbly, uncannily gifted with crafting healing potions that use her Wind affinity, and adores disappearing into the forest with a good novel.

Can I just say, I lurrrrrrrve my girls?
