I meant to post this earlier today buuuut... i fell asleep and slept the entire day. oops >_>; oh well, its still the 25th here so im not technically late...
but! like a lot of people, ive just hit my 1 year anniversary of making this blog. hooray! unfortunately i havent been active like... at all in recent months for various reasons but i still wanted to make a post commemorating it anyway.
i honestly started this blog completely because i was bummed how little attention magenta gets since hes my favorite and all. so i just wanted to make more people aware of him <:3c... im not very good at making close friends so while i was hoping to make some, i didnt really expect much to come of this either. i was super bummed out and lonely this time last year, but thanks to badly drawn ive made a ton of the closest friends ive ever had! so even if i havent been terribly active im still forever thankful. its impacted my life a lot and inspiried me to do exciting things i would have never done otherwise (ie, going to a convention on the complete opposite side of the country to meet up w/ a lot of you!)
and even if this is ‘badly drawn’ i can certainly say that my art has improved due to how much work i used to put into this blog lol. looking at my early posts hurts my soul. :P soooo.. thank you to all my followers, and especially everyone whos ever interacted with me! i hope i can chat with the newer members ive never met in the future too.. if i can get myself back into drawing so much. but for now:
