What's a fandom interaction that made you really happy?
Every AU piece makes me smile! People in this fandom are so incredibly creative. From Wild West themed fanart, to fanfics set in the ‘Alien’ universe, they’re all my favorites.
What's your favorite character or aspect of Stranger Things to create for?
I’m definitely a huge Ronance shipper (Nancy x Robin). Nancy has always been my favorite character, but wasn’t too into her love-triangle-thing, she’s a badass and THATs why I love her! Honestly didn’t really consider her and Robin until Season 4 when they had so much screentime together. Their chemistry was undeniable, and I love how their personalities play off each other.
What's your artistic process like? Any tools you favor?
I think I use a different art style or technique in every piece I do! I get inspired by so many artists every single day, I like pin-pointing aspects of different styles I like and working to immolate that in my own artwork. I use Procreate on a iPad, which really lends itself to style exploration. With so many brushes, tools, and stylizations, it’s easy to try new things with every piece.
What was it like to work on Night Shift?

This was an early piece I did when I I was first dipping my toes into the Ronance fandom. Basically just wanted to make something that felt true to the show’s characters and locations. If Nancy and Robin were in a relationship during the events of the show, I can totally see Nancy sneaking over to the video store after hours to help Robin close up shop…and more XD. Wanted to really lean into the signature blues, pinks and purples of the 80s, so this piece was a lot of experimenting with lighting and atmosphere.

🏕️Camp Counselor AU🏕️
This Camp Counselor AU was something I had really been vibing with for Ronance after binge-watching all the ‘Friday the 13th’ movies. Seeing how Robin and Nancy deal with the younger kids in the show really lends itself to how they would be as camp counselors. With this piece I wanted to showcase their personalities and temperament in a classic 80s teen summer job. Robin, laid back and the coolest counselor, while Nancy follows regulations to a tee, carrying a clipboard to write up any rule breakers. I just know their banter would be hilarious. This is one of my favorite pieces I’ve done because I love the poses and Nancy’s expression. A couple wonderful people have even written fanfics based on this! Can you believe it?!
