i only just found out about magic-bot and i honestly feel sick knowing about the r*pe analogy, they were one of my fav cc creators and as a victim its just horrible to think anyone would compare something that extreme to not being able to charge for cc, im so disappointed

I'm just wanting to clarify because people have been changing their tumblr names, are moonchild and magic-bot the same person? Also, arent aggressivekitty, momo-cc and mountainsplitter are all the same, right? All these side accounts are making shit confusing

magic bot just answered an ask saying "We do not have to follow their terms until they are clearly stated in the user agreement. What the maxis team wrote and what the creators agreed with when installing the game are two different things." like ?? hope more people won't act like this it seems stuck up and rude since ea's new terms were released for a reason ? is it just me orrr
another old ask... sorry nonny 😅 but yeah I honestly think it doesn't matter what EA says, people will do what they want regardless unless they have some real consequence. And since EA doesn't seem to be enforcing anything, it's up to the community at this point. How will that work? Well, by hitting them in the only place that matters to them, their wallet. If no one supports these types of creators anymore, they'll leave. All I can do is try to avoid doing so myself at this point and hope others do too.
