Priscilla, from Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade,
I really like her color palette, and enjoy her character a lot (also Valkyries are the bestest (well, maybe no, but are my favourite class)). It is a shame I don’t like so much her art in Heroes, not the worst but...
Also, at first I tried to make her valkyri-er (hence the breastplate), yet the hat was... horrible for me to draw, so I ended deciding to stick more to her classic look. (Also her hand is covering the book cover, but I tried to make it resemble Aureola!)
