After Malmachina vanished into mist, it revealed a snake on the ground. The snake was larger than any natural snake, as well as on fire. It had obviously been watching. It hissed at the goddess, turning and vanishing into a hole behind it. Fire burst from the hole. After the burst, the hole vanished as well. This would be the first of many omens.
"...Wonderful. Because I do not have enough things to worry about already."
