Lucky Charms Rice Krispie Treats- Magical Marshmallow Fun
These adorable and imaginative Unicorn Marshmallow Cake Pops are ideal for celebrations, birthdays, and other special occasions. Cake, marshmallows, and vibrant chocolate coating come together to make a tasty and enchanting experience.
Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix flavor of your choice. 1/2 cup of butter, melted. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 cup of mini marshmallows. 2 cups of white chocolate melting wafers. Assorted food coloring pink, purple, blue. Edible gold glitter. Colorful sprinkles. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, adding melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Fold in mini marshmallows. Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan as directed. Allow it to cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Roll the cake crumbs into small cake balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Melt white chocolate wafers in separate bowls and add a different food coloring to each, creating a variety of unicorn colors. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into a cake ball. Allow it to set. Dip each cake pop into the colored chocolate, covering the entire cake ball. Allow any excess to drip off. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle edible gold glitter and colorful sprinkles over the cake pops. Place the decorated cake pops back on the lined baking sheet to set completely. Once set, serve and enjoy your magical Unicorn Marshmallow Cake Pops!
